Product Madness - Senior Animator II
As Senior Animator II, I was responsible for overseeing the 3D pipeline, approving final animations and training employees. I took on several roles including rigging, animation, modelling, and texturing.
I animated a majority of characters for the game, including the main protagonist and antagonist.
I also directed animation, implemented characters in Unity, and trained employees on Autodesk Maya.
Rigging and Pipeline
I rigged a majority of characters/animals and maintained a pipeline to share a single bipedal Maya rig across all characters.
Using mGear and manual rigging, animations could be shared and mapped to other characters directly inside Maya.
Modelling and Texture Painting
I eventually owned the entire character pipeline, taking over from previous outsourcers.
I was tasked with modelling and texturing anything 3D near the end of the game's development.
